The Chorus Concert is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6^th at 7pm at Hopewell Baptist Church.  Please add this event to your social calendar!  You won’t want to miss it!!

If your child would like a yearbook they are on sale now.  Currently, the price is $22.00.  The price will go up to $28.00 on October 1^st.

High Museum of Art Field Trip – The deadline for turning in a permission slip is this Wednesday.   No student will be allowed to participate without a completed form.   If you are not able to pay now but plan on paying later, PLEASE reply to this email so that we may estimate the number of students requiring funds for the trip.  All students should go ahead and submit your permission form now!  Please do not miss out on this opportunity.  We will be contacting all of the parents that will be chaperones by their child's guild.  We have filled all of the available chaperone spaces.

Save those box tops and labels!! We will begin our program in October and more details, including cool prizes, will be shared in an October newsletter. Have you seen this beetle??  Ms. White’s science class is in great need of 10 -12 of these Bess Beetles.  There have been unconfirmed reports that this beetle has been spotted by and has eluded capture by Casey Ramey. Please keep them alive by placing them a container with some rotting wood for food and bring to school for a reward!
