BBQ Dinner Fundraiser             

Would you like a night off from the kitchen?  Well, this is your chance; DVA will be selling BBQ dinners during the Open House on December 15^th.  The cost for each dinner will be $7 and will include: BBQ sandwich, baked beans, cole slaw, chips, soft drink, AND dessert!  If you would like to purchase a dinner please place an order by e-mailing or calling Mrs. Price ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ; 770 533-4004) or sending in a note with name and number of plates ordered no later than Thursday, December 10^th!  Family and friends are also welcome to purchase dinners as long as they place an order no later than Thursday, so spread the word.  Dinner will be served from 5:00 – 6:30 in the commons and you may pay in cash or by check made out to Da Vinci Academy the night of open house.  We will only be able to serve those who have reserved their dinners by Thursday. 

Social Studies Fair and National History Day

Projects are due Monday, December 14^th.  Students will be working on the projects all this week in social studies and technology classes. Miss Schollaert will also be at school Saturday, December 12^th from 9am to 1pm to work on the projects.  We look forward to seeing all of the fantastic work at the open house Tuesday the 15^th!

Beta Club

Beta Club meeting, December 9^th at SHMS.  Service hours will be due at this meeting!

Reading Bowl

The next Reading Bowl meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 16^th at SHMS
